Q: I’m trying to find the issue that had some kind of “Girls School” thing that somehow related to the woman who shot the Scarsdale Diet doctor. It would have been in the Fall of ’79?

A: It was “Crush: The Secret Newsweekly Magazine of the Madeira School for Girls” by Michael Civitello and Brian McCormick from the June 1981 (Romance) issue.
