336. Full Deck and Screw Loose Cartoon

August 30, 2011

Q: I recall a cartoon circa ’70s or ’80s, P.C. Vey maybe, of a guy at a bar with a miniature crane and a house of cards saying “you think I’m not playing with a full deck, but they’re all here; no the problem is that I have a screw loose” or words to that effect.

A: Cartoon Carol sez: “This cartoon appeared on page 62 of the August ’83 (ET and John Glenn) issue. It’s one of several by Robert Mankoff.” Thanks, Carol!
