98. Instant No Recall

May 3, 2006

Q: I would be delighted to know if anyone remembers a story about—a professor I think, with “instant no recall” or possibly “total no recall”. It would have been pretty early ’70 to ’73 or so. I think. Lordy lordy, I could have perished chortling.

A: Steve nails it: “Rural Free Love” from the November 1972 (Decadence) issue. Thanks, Steve!

The answer is "Rural Free Love" in the November 1972 "Decadence" issue. There was a character that bragged that he had "total no recall." Tell him anything, and within 30 seconds he would forget it.
