326. “I’m Blind and My Dog Has Asthma” Cartoon

Q: I’m looking for a cartoon that I believe was done by Rodrigues in National Lampoon. It was a blind man begging and holding a vacuum cleaner by the cord. His sign read: I’m blind and my dog has asthma. I still laugh out loud when I think of it.

A: Dave in the comments has posted a link to the cartoon on Facebook. The issue it appeared in, which, thanks also to Sam in the comments, was May 1981 (“Naked Ambition” issue).
