192. Punks on the Beach

Q: I was just reminded of a one-page item from the magazine. It was titled “Punks on the Beach.” I think I found where it was from a 1985 edition of the magazine.

A: William provides the answer: “That was in the ‘Best From Europe’ issue, April, 1985.”
