November 5, 2003

Q: Do you recall which issue had the “clowing around with tits” photo? Also, the story about dog-fishing?

A: “Clowning Around with Tits” appeared in the February 1976 (Artists and Models) issue, and “Dogfishing,” by Gerald Sussman, appeared in the April 1976 (Sports) issue.

Comments

HBO did a documentary on models that year and featured the making of the shooting of "Clowning" under the category of "breast models."

Also, I'd love to know exactly what the hell the art director used for the eviscerated dog corpse in "Dogfishing." It looks like a small goat or horse but I can't tell.
