FOR SALE OR TRADE

For Sale: National Lampoon issues: January 1972 "Is Nothing Sacred?", November 1984 "The Accidental Issue". In my opinion, both are in very good condition, considering their age. Separate or both. Contact Mark. (5/4/08)

For Sale: I'm finally cleaning out my basement and want to unload my full collection of the first 5 yrs of NatLampCo mags for the largest wad of cash possible. This includes all 60 issues from April 1970 through March 1975. All the issues are lovingly protected within official, yellow plastic NatLampCo annual binders. Years ago, I put scotch tape along the spine of Vol. 1 No.1 to prevent the cover from separating. Also, in one of the early issues, I cut out a couple of coupons to order the referenced yellow binders. Other than that the mags are all in pretty much flawless shape (although they may have become a bit moldy smelling; not at all water damaged though). Email me (see below) if you're interested. I pretty much just want to unload the entire collection; not interested in cherry pickers. Contact Steve. (5/4/08)

For Trade: I'll trade mp3s of any three Lampoon LPs for a good mp3 of the LP "That's not funny, thats sick." Contact John. (2/22/08)

For Sale: I have THE Official 1976 National Lampoon Bicentennial Calendar. It has been sitting untouched in a box ever since I took it off the wall on New Year's Day, 1977. If you've surfed to this page, you already know how ultra-rare this is. Its condition is about as good as you're going to get, meaning that everything about it is in great shape except for a really light crease on the back cover, one small dog-ear on the bottom of the back cover and a bit of yellowing due to age. The artwork is superb. Am glad to send some scans. I'll let it go for the right offer. Contact Terry. (9/4/07)

For Sale: 1976 First Edition of the graphic novel "One Year Affair," the complete collection of comic strips by Byron Preis and Ralph Reese printed in NL in 1973 & 1974. Of course it's out-of-print and as near-impossible to find as they come. Other than some yellowing of the cover from age, the book is in PERFECT condition, i.e. no markings, creases, dog-ears or stickers. The binding is tight, the illustrations are clear and the pages are crisp. I am the original owner, if that means anything to you. This is a 5" x 8" paperback with a glossy cover. It has b & w illustrations and pulp pages but this is the only edition that was printed. I'll gladly email some scans. I'll part with it if someone makes a good enough offer. Contact Terry. (9/4/07)

For Sale: Sept. 1976, "The Latest Issue" feat. 'Brave Dog' and 'Uncle Buckle', cover has 2 small tears; June 1979, "Kids" feat. 'Big Boys' and 'Parent Pages', cover marred by removal of mailing label and marker , pages moisture-wrinkled at top. These are doubles and quite reasonable, any offer considered. Contact Bob. This sketch is the original drawing by Michael Gross (then art director of the magazine) and was the drawing used as a guide for the photographer.
