340. Fake ad for “Terminol”

Q: Trying to find a copy of an ad (fake) or article from National Lampoon probably in the ’70s. Had to do with Terminol, a medication for the problem patient. Basically, a bottle of 45 caliber bullets. Do you have any recollection?
